The estimated shipping charge will show as $10.60 for all orders under $20 until you select your shipping option. If you choose Free Local Pickup, it will show as zero on the payment screen.

We process orders as quickly as we can. We generally mail out orders the next business day or sooner. If you order for Free Local Pickup, we will have your order available the same day as long as we receive your order before 3pm.

We will TEXT you when your order is ready for pickup if you ordered for Free Local Pickup. We will E-MAIL your tracking information for all shipped orders.

By including your cell number for a local pickup order, you agree to text message communications from Knoxville Lice Clinic about your order status.  See our website Privacy Policy for more information.  If you cannot receive a text or wish to opt-out of texting about your order ahead of time, you can request “no text messaging” in the additional information field of your order.  We never use text messaging for marketing purposes!
