Information We Gather

Like most websites, our server logs record visitor activity on our site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, from where a visitor came, where the visitor went after leaving our site, etc. This information provides us with site statistics, but not personally identifiable information. We also make use of browser “cookies” to enable you to navigate around the website. None of the cookies we use enable third parties to access any of your information.

If you fill out a form on our site, you may be required to provide some of your contact information (such as name, email address and phone number). We use that information to to communicate to you about your request, your service, or products you ordered.

How We Use Information

We use your information to communicate specifically to you about products or services you specifically requested.

If you provide contact information to request an appointment, we will contact you through text, phone call or email to discuss setting up an appointment.  We do not send out advertising texts or emails.  If you provide contact information on an intake form, we use that information to communicate about your appointment, any balances due, or questions you had during your appointment or clarification on any information you send to us.  If you provide your contact information when ordering products, we will use that contact information to send you updates about your order, such as the tracking number, or ask questions if we need to clarify your order.

Text Message Communications

We use text messaging to communicate with you about your request, your service or products you order.  Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary.  Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.  All other categories exclude test messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Opt-out of text message communications.  You may opt-out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP or contacting us at info@knoxvilleliceclinic.com.  This will end the communications from that particular phone number.  You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Knoxville Lice Clinic, and you may opt-out of those in a similar fashion.

KLC reserves the right to amend or replace this privacy policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Any updated or new privacy policy will be posted at this site.
