It. Happened. My girls had lice, but they have iPads and candy to appease them while they worked We’re walking out with clean bug-free hair, and it was totally worth it!
The lice clinic was so accommodating! They were able to make me an appointment and see me quickly! The staff is super sweet and they were able to put my mind at ease about everything! Also, when I sent an email asking them questions, they answered all of them quickly and thoroughly!

During a scary and stressful time, the ladies at the clinic guided us every step of the way. They calmed our fears and educated my daughter and myself. I left feeling well equipped, educated and most importantly lice free. I hope to never need them again but if I do, they are the first call I will make. Thank you so much.
STOP BUYING OTC PRODUCTS! Go see the ladies at Knoxville Lice Clinic. They will take care of you and anyone that has to come with you. You will leave feeling a peace of mind and tons of knowledge. My daughter has had four different times and this time I chose to use the professionals and I’m so thankful I did. I ended up buying a few of the products they offer as well their products are NOT diluted with things that don’t work. I love that I will go back in 10 days to be rechecked by them again! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!♥️
This place is SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. The location is in a great neighborhood. And I love the fact that their products are chemical free. My kids and students all go here and highly recommend them.

Wonderful, wonderful staff!! These ladies are so kind, thorough, gentle and love kids! This clinic is so cozy and relaxing as well as private! I will go back to this place if ever my child has lice again.
No one wants head lice, especially when extended family is all in town and living in the same house. But it happened. Lice Clinic of America – Knoxville was fantastic about getting all 12 of us taken care of ASAP! They were thorough, nice and personable, very knowledge and happy to teach us about preventing this from ever happening again. ☺ Also great with kids: we had seven, ages 17 months to 13. I would highly recommend this clinic – much better than trying all of the unsuccessful over-the-counter things and spending hours combing everyone.
They were very friendly over the phone, and they were thorough as well. It’s located in a nice part of town, and it offers PRIVACY. Me and my friend were given a private room to do the entire process. It is a friendly and comfortable environment. They explain everything you need to know and are happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend them. They turned my nightmare into an easy process in which I could handle in the small amount of time I had off work. Thanks ladies of the clinic!
Jennifer, Jamie, and Carissa are just miracle workers. All three ladies are very knowledgeable when it comes to treating lice and ultimately getting rid of it. You can waste time and money on treatments that are ineffective or you can invest your money in peace of mind with these wonderful ladies. They will literally get to the root of the problem and send you on your way wearing a smile. Thanks again for all of your help.
