Saturday: 12pm-6pm
Our clinicians are on-call and only come in for appointments. If you cannot make an appointment, please call and let us know.

We have worked with nonverbal and sensory children and adults, and are more than willing to go over every option that will work for your family.
If you are deaf or hard-of-hearing, we are available to answer questions or book an appointment by email, text, or Facebook message.

Deposits
We require a $25 non-refundable deposit for each person to book an appointment. This is taken off your total bill at your appointment time.
- Schedule your appointment with our clinician over the phone.
- You will receive an email with a personalized link over Square, our secure payment system.
- Input your credit card information within one hour of making the appointment.
- You will receive a text confirming your appointment once we receive your deposit!
- If you do not make the deposit, you will receive a text canceling your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 3 hours notice, or are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to make a new $25 deposit per person.
Rescheduling with more than 3 hours notice will move your deposit to the new appointment.
Canceling your appointment with more than 3 hours notice will refund your $25 back to the card used online.
